Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware such as desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and networking devices
- Diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues in a timely manner
- Perform regular maintenance and upgrades of systems
- Manage inventory of IT hardware and ensure proper record-keeping
- Coordinate with vendors for repair, replacement, and AMC services
- Ensure proper functioning of LAN/WAN and network connectivity
- Install and support basic operating systems and software
- Provide technical support to staff for hardware-related issues
- Maintain data backup systems and assist in data recovery when required
