Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in assembling and configuring desktop computers and peripherals
- Install operating systems and basic software
- Troubleshoot hardware issues such as RAM, HDD/SSD, motherboard, and power supply
- Support in printer setup and maintenance
- Perform basic networking tasks (LAN/Wi-Fi connections)
- Maintain records of hardware inventory and repairs
- Provide on-site or in-house technical support when required
- Learn and follow company IT support procedures
Required Skills & Knowledge:
- Basic understanding of computer hardware components
- Knowledge of desktop/laptop assembly and disassembly
- Awareness of operating systems (Windows installation preferred)
- Basic troubleshooting skills
- Interest in IT support and hardware maintenance
- Willingness to learn recent technologies
