Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Teach Marathi language and literature to secondary grade students.
- Prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with the curriculum.
- Assess, evaluate, and monitor student performance and progress.
- Encourage active participation and interactive classroom learning.
- Maintain discipline and ensure a positive classroom environment.
- Conduct regular assessments, assignments, and examinations.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Participate in school activities, meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
- Collaborate with academic coordinators and fellow faculty members to enhance learning outcomes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marathi or relevant field.
- B.Ed. qualification mandatory.
- Prior teaching experience mandatory.
- Strong command over written and spoken Marathi.




- Excellent classroom management and interpersonal skills.
