About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Make daily outbound calls to leads and interested students.
- Explain Foodtech Pathshala courses, webinars, fees, benefits, and learning outcomes clearly.
- Follow up with webinar registrants and ensure maximum attendance.
- Convert interested leads into paid admissions or course enrollments.
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and student queries professionally.
- Maintain proper follow-up records in Google Sheets, CRM, or internal tracking systems.
- Send course details, payment links, webinar links, and reminders to students.
- Coordinate with the internal team for admission updates, webinar schedules, and student support.
- Provide basic support to enrolled students regarding access, class timing, joining links, and course information.




- Build good relationships with students and guide them through the complete enrollment journey.

Required Skills:
- Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English.
- Confidence in calling and explaining course details.
- Basic sales understanding and ability to convince interested leads.
- Strong follow-up skills and discipline in daily calling.
- Positive WhatsApp and phone communication etiquette.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel, CRM, or lead tracking tools.
- Patience to handle student queries and provide proper guidance.
- Target-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
- Experience in admission counseling, course sales, edtech sales, telecalling, or customer support will be preferred.
- Someone who can manage leads, follow-ups, webinar registrations, and student support independently.
