Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound student inquiries
- Counsel students and understand their requirements
- Pitch courses, test series, and programs
- Convert leads into admissions
- Maintain CRM and follow-ups
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Build strong student relationships
Requirements:
- Graduation (B.Tech / BCA / B.Com preferred)
- 1-2 years sales experience
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English
- Target-oriented and confident personality
