Role:
As the TM - Production engineering you will be part of the Plant Operations and will report to the Section Head - PE
- The purpose of your role will be to machine design related issues and new requirements and improvements and repair maintenance jobs

A purpose driven role for you:
Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- 1. Timely Execution of recent models in Engine assembly.
- 2. Execution of ECN's in Mass Production ( Assy)
- 3. Productivity Improvement through Waste Elimination & Automation in Assy Lines 1&2.
- 4. Execution of CAPEX items as per plan in assy areas.
- 5. Execution of Shining projects and kaizens for continual improvement
- 6. Operating cost reduction Initiatives
- 7. Strengthen assembly shop process for improvement in quality rate and reduction in defects.
- 8. Implementation of Digitization Projects and Other Task

A Day in the life:
Development cost within target (C),



100% Start of production timeline adherence (D)and Achievement of straight pass as per defined parameters (Q),Execution of ECN's as per plan.
- As per productivity targets and Capex planning and execution as per plan, No loss due to accident and unsafe condition

Academic Qualification & Experience:
B.Tech (Mechanical Engineering) and 2.0+ years’ experience in Assembly Shop

Technical Skills/Knowledge:
1. Knowledge of Assembly, Die, Mould & Tooling’s, Jigs & Fixture.
- 2. MS Office, 3. SAP, AutoCAD 4. PLM, MS Project

Behavioural Skills:
1. Communication skills Problem Solving & Negotiation Skills.
- 2. Process Development & Improvement Skills.
