1-3 Years Experience in US Cleaning Services Sales

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive who has prior experience generating clients for US-based cleaning services such as:
- Airbnb Cleaning
- Residential Cleaning
- Commercial Cleaning
- Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
- Post-Construction Cleaning

Responsibilities:
- Generate current cleaning service clients in the US market
- Follow up with property managers, Airbnb hosts, offices, and commercial clients
- Schedule meetings and send quotations
- Maintain CRM and client database
- Coordinate with operations team for service onboarding
- Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements:
- Experience in US cleaning service industry sales
- Good English communication skills
- Experience with:
- Cold Calling
- LinkedIn Outreach
- Lead Generation
- Knowledge of platforms like:
- Thumbtack
- Yelp
- Angi
- Google Business
- Airbnb Host Outreach
- Ability to work in US time zone

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CRM tools
- Understanding of pricing and quotations
- Client negotiation skills
