Role Overview
We are looking for a Procurement Executive (Field Operations) who thrives in on-ground execution and has a solid understanding of local markets, vendors, and pricing dynamics.
This role is highly field-intensive, requiring daily travel across Delhi NCR for sourcing, negotiation, and procurement of materials required for both recent property setups and ongoing operations.

Key Responsibilities1. Vendor Sourcing & Market Research
- Identify and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers across categories
- Conduct regular market visits to explore cost-effective sourcing options
- Build a strong and diversified vendor base

Procurement & Negotiation
- Procure materials including furniture, electricals, fixtures, hardware, and operational supplies
- Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and delivery timelines with vendors
- Ensure cost optimization without compromising quality
3. Order Management & Execution
- Raise and track purchase orders
- Ensure timely delivery of materials at site locations
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for smooth execution
4. Quality Control & Compliance
- Verify quality and specifications of procured materials
- Ensure delivered items match requirements and standards
- Resolve issues related to damaged, delayed, or incorrect supplies
5. Coordination & Communication
- Work closely with operations, projects, and maintenance teams
- Align procurement activities with property launch timelines
- Provide real-time updates on procurement status
