Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, manage, and optimize Google My Business profiles for multiple locations
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of business information (NAP: Name, Address, Phone Number)
- Regularly update business listings with posts, offers, images, and service details
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews professionally and promptly
- Implement local SEO strategies to improve search rankings and visibility
- Track insights and performance metrics from GMB dashboards and prepare reports
- Handle duplicate listings, suspensions, and reinstatement processes
- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and GMB best practices
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align local marketing strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing Google My Business listings
- Strong understanding of local SEO and search ranking factors
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics,



Google Search Console
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple listings and locations efficiently
- Problem-solving skills, especially for listing suspensions or verification issues
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing strategies

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in service-based or lifestyle businesses
- Knowledge of citation building and directory listings
- Understanding of customer engagement and online reputation management

Work Schedule:
- Hybrid mode (combination of remote work and in-office presence as required)
