Key Responsibilities
- Create innovative rug and carpet designs based on market trends and client requirements
- Develop patterns, motifs, and color combinations for various rug styles
- Prepare design layouts using design software or manual techniques
- Coordinate with production and sampling teams
- Modify designs based on feedback from management or clients
- Maintain design documentation and samples
- Stay updated with global têxtile and rug design trends
