Take food and beverage orders accurately from guests in dining areas and via room service.
- Serve food and beverages in guest rooms and restaurant areas according to hotel standards.
- Set up trays, trolleys, tables, and service stations properly.
- Ensure timely delivery of room service orders and collect used trays/trolleys after service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining areas, service stations, and equipment.
- Assist in preparing mise en place before service periods.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and special dietary needs professionally.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow hotel policies, food safety standards, and grooming guidelines.
- Assist with banquet or event service when needed.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
