Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to drive sales, expand market reach, and build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and farmers in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage distributor network in the assigned district
- Conduct regular market visits to retailers and generate orders
- Identify and acquire new customers
- Promote products and ensure solid market presence
- Organize farmer meetings, demos, and field trials
- Achieve monthly and seasonal sales targets
- Coordinate with distributors for order planning and payments
- Follow up on payments and maintain healthy collections
- Track competitor activities and pricing trends
- Ensure branding and visibility at retailer level
- Maintain daily reports of field activities and market feedback
Requirements:
- Basic education (Graduate preferred)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Local market knowledge preferred
- Distributor handling experience is an advantage
- Must have a bike and valid driving license
