Job Description:
- Implement robust safety management systems aimed at achieving zero accidents through timely EHS induction programs, periodic training, emergency drills, and continuous safety awareness initiatives. Conduct and closely monitor safety committee meetings to ensure active employee participation, with a robust focus on identifying, tracking, and timely closure of RSCs. Enforce strict adherence to the Management of Change (MoC) process to eliminate unauthorized or undocumented changes. Ensure prompt submission and effective implementation of NC closure plans arising from external safety audits, thereby strengthening accountability, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement in overall workplace safety culture.
