Role Objective:
The Weighbridge Operator is responsible for accurately weighing all vehicles (incoming and outgoing), recording essential data, and ensuring that no vehicle enters or leaves the premises without proper documentation. This role is critical for inventory control and preventing material loss.

Key Responsibilities
- Vehicle Weighing: Operate the weighbridge system to record the gross and tare weight of trucks.
- Documentation: Issue weighment slips/tickets to drivers and maintain a systematic log of all transactions.
- Data Entry: Accurately enter vehicle numbers, material types, and weights into the company’s software or Excel sheets.
- Verification: Verify delivery challans, gate passes, and invoices against physical loads to ensure consistency.
- Inspection: Conduct visual inspections of vehicles to ensure they are properly loaded and comply with safety standards.
- Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly reports of total inward and outward material movement for management review.
- Maintenance: Monitor the weighbridge equipment for any malfunctions and coordinate with the maintenance team for periodic calibration.
- Education: Any Graduate (B.A., B.Com, B.Sc, etc.).
- Experience:0-2 years. Freshers with a willingness to learn are highly encouraged to apply.
- Skills:
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel and Word).
- Honesty and integrity (handling high-value material records).
- Language: Basic English and fluency in local languages (Telugu/Hindi) to communicate with drivers.

Work Environment
- Shift Basis: Ability to work in shifts (if required).
- Location: Based in office in Jeedimetla; may involve exposure to industrial/outdoor conditions.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
