As we continue to grow our online presence, we're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Entry & E-commerce Executive to manage our Shopify store, keep our product catalogue sharp, and help deliver a seamless shopping experience to every customer.
- Upload recent products and make timely updates across various categories on the Shopify store, ensuring accurate titles, descriptions, pricing, sizes, and images at all times.
- Continuously work on the store's UI/UX to improve navigation, product discovery, and overall customer interaction — ensuring a smooth and engaging shopping experience.
- Conduct ongoing research and development on new product launches, trending drops, and market movements in the sneaker and streetwear industry to keep the catalogue relevant and competitive.
- Manage and track Shopify orders end-to-end — including order processing, status updates, and coordinating with the team to ensure timely fulfilment and customer satisfaction.




- Keep the Shopify website up to date with the latest product inventory, pricing changes, promotional banners, and seasonal content on a regular basis.
- Coordinate closely with the marketing team to plan and launch campaigns, ensuring product pages and website content are aligned with ongoing promotions and collection drops.
- Monitor and analyse Shopify analytics — including traffic, conversion rates, and sales data — to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order volume, bounce rate, average order value, and customer retention to support data-driven decision making.
- Monitor customer reviews and feedback on the website and social platforms, flagging recurring concerns to the relevant teams for resolution.
