Business Development Representative

Location: Onsite - MohaliWe are looking for a motivated and driven Business Development Representative to join our growing team. If you enjoy building relationships, solving business problems, and helping companies rethink how they manage freight operations, we’d love to speak with you.

What You'll Do
- Qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and strategic outreach
- Identify and engage decision-makers in transportation, logistics, supply chain, and operations teams
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand client pain points and business challenges
- Present solutions and communicate how our platform delivers visibility, cost savings, and operational control
- Develop strong relationships with prospects and customers
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales activity and revenue goals

What We're Looking For
- Min 1 year of experience in sales, business development, SaaS, logistics, freight, or transportation sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills




- Comfortable with cold outreach
- Self-motivated with a competitive and results-driven mindset
- Ability to understand customer pain points and translate them into solutions
- Experience using CRM tools is preferred
- Logistics or transportation industry experience is a plus but not required

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
