About Us

The Formularx is a rapid-growing science-led dermocosmetic brand built on skin barrier science, founded by scientists. We are looking for a Customer Relationship & Reporting Executive who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in MS-Excel to manage customer data, verify offers across platforms and handle customer queries and complaints with timely and empathetic resolution.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and support relationship management efforts. Manage and update customer data in CRM systems and maintain accurate data sheets.
- Verify offers, discounts, and promotions across multiple sales platforms to ensure accuracy.
- Generate reports on customer data, sales, and ratings using MS-Excel.
- Assist management in analyzing customer feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
- Support marketing and sales teams with insights from CRM data and reporting.





Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in Commerce, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- 0-2 years (internship or entry-level experience is acceptable).
- Advanced proficiency in MS-Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns and discrepancies.
