Role Overview
We are looking for a Lead Designer who will own and drive the overall user experience across FunnelKit’s product ecosystem. This role is ideal for a hands-on design leader who is passionate about simplifying complex workflows and building intuitive experiences for non-technical entrepreneurs.
As a Lead Designer, you will set the vision, lead high-impact initiatives, mentor designers, and collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver consistent, customer-centric experiences at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Leadership & Strategy
- Own the end-to-end UI UX strategy across FunnelKit products, ensuring alignment with customer success and business goals
- Define, evolve, and maintain UI UX standards, design principles, and best practices
- Lead complex design initiatives from discovery to execution
- Drive consistency and quality through scalable design systems and component libraries
