- Connect with customers through calls in a professional manner
- Understand customer requirements and explain suitable solutions clearly
- Follow up with interested customers and support conversions
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales updates
- Handle customer queries confidently and professionally
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth process handling
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience at every stage

Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong customer handling and convincing skills
- Professional personality and confident speaking style
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
