We are looking for an energetic and nurturing Pre-Primary Coordinator to lead the Nursery, LKG, and UKG sections. The role involves academic planning, teacher mentoring, parent communication, and ensuring a secure, joyful learning environment aligned with NEP 2020 foundational stage guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
Academic Leadership
- Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum for Nursery, LKG, UKG as per NEP 2020 & CBSE foundational stage
- Design daily schedules, thematic lesson plans, and activity calendars focusing on play-based and experiential learning
- Integrate literacy, numeracy, EVS, art, music, motor skills, and life skills into weekly plans
- Ensure balance of academic, co-curricular, and free play

Teacher Management & Training
- Guide, mentor, and supervise all pre-primary teachers and helpers
- Conduct demo classes, training sessions, and regular review meetings
- Check lesson plans, worksheets, teaching aids, and classroom displays




- Support teachers in classroom management and child-handling strategies

Student Welfare & Development
- Monitor overall growth of children - social, emotional, physical, and cognitive
- Identify early learning delays or behavioral concerns and coordinate with parents/special educator
- Ensure child safety, hygiene, and discipline standards in all classrooms
- Plan celebrations, events, field trips, sports day, and annual day for pre-primary

Parent Communication
- Conduct PTMs, orientations, and workshops for parents on early childhood practices
- Share regular updates on child progress through reports, diaries, and apps
- Address parent queries and concerns with empathy and professionalism

Administrative Duties
- Coordinate admissions and assessments for pre-primary grades
- Manage teaching resources, stationery, toys, and classroom inventory
- Ensure compliance with CBSE/ECCE norms and school policies
- Submit reports on academics, events, and te
