Junior Executive - Tender Filling / Tender Management

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Executive - Tender Filling to support the end-to-end tendering process. The role involves preparation, documentation, submission, and tracking of government and private tenders, ensuring full compliance with tender requirements and timelines.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and monitor relevant tenders from e-procurement portals (GeM, CPPP, State portals, PSUs, etc.).
- Download, review, and analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, and BOQs.
- Assist in preparing technical and financial bid documents as per tender specifications.
- Coordinate with internal departments (accounts, operations, legal, creative/technical teams) for required inputs.
- Ensure proper documentation including:
- EMD, bid security, undertakings, declarations
- Company credentials, certificates, and compliance documents
- Upload bids accurately on e-tender portals within stipulated timelines.
- Maintain a tender tracker/database with submission status, results, and follow-ups.




- Handle tender clarifications, corrigenda, and amendments.
- Support post-bid activities such as presentations, negotiations, and LOI/PO documentation.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all tender-related information.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Basic understanding of tendering and bidding processes:
- Familiarity with e-tender portals:
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Good written and verbal communication
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tenders
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PDF tools)

Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce / Management preferred)

Experience
- 0-2 years of experience in tender filling, bidding, or back-office operations
- Freshers with solid documentation and computer skills may also apply

Preferred Attributes
- Prior exposure to government tenders / PSU tenders
- Understanding
