Key Responsibilities Conduct land and site surveys using instruments like total stations, GPS, and levels Establish reference points and markers for construction projects Interpret engineering drawings and ensure accurate setting out of structures Measure distances, angles, elevations, and contours Monitor construction progress and verify alignment with design specifications Prepare survey reports, maps, and data for engineers and project managers Detect and report discrepancies between plans and site conditions Ensure compliance with safety and legal regulations Skills Required Robust knowledge of surveying techniques and using total station equipment (CX-105) Proficiency in software like AutoCAD, GIS, and surveying tools Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions Problem-solving and communication skills Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying Practical experience with surveying instruments and fieldwork Work Location: In person
