Job Title: Finance Executive

Location: Hauz Khas, Current Delhi

Working Days - 6days (Monday - Saturday)

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Manage billing and receipt processes, ensuring timely and accurate generation and collection.

Perform data entry of financial transactions into the company database/system.

Verify and reconcile invoices, receipts, and financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Oversee and manage transfers from offline to online systems, ensuring proper documentation and tracking.

Handle and monitor all outgoing payments, ensuring timely disbursement.

Maintain proper records of accounts payable and receivable.

Conduct regular follow-ups with vendors for payments, discrepancies, and documentation.

Coordinate with digital platforms and payment gateways for transaction tracking and issue resolution.





Assist in financial reporting and documentation as required.

Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.

1-2 years of experience in finance/accounts roles. freshers can also apply

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally).

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and follow-up skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
