Position: Bench Sales Recruiter
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Responsibilities:
- Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients.
- Negotiation: Negotiate rates and close deals with vendors and clients.
- Requirement Analysis: Understand client requirements and match consultants accordingly.
- Database Management: Maintain records of submissions, interviews, and placements.
- Follow-ups: Coordinate interviews, feedback, and onboarding processes.

Requirements:
- Experience: 1-3 years in bench sales or IT recruitment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Networking: Ability to build strong professional networks.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with IT skills and technologies.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, target-driven, and detail-oriented.
