Responsibilities:
- Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers for furniture, décor, and interior products.
- Procurement Process: Handle end-to-end procurement, including order placement, follow-ups, and timely deliveries.
- Negotiation & Cost Control: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure cost efficiency while maintaining quality.
- Inventory Coordination: Work closely with the operations team to track stock levels and forecast purchasing needs.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all purchased materials meet required quality standards and compliance regulations.
- Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, new materials, and alternative sourcing options.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate purchase records,



vendor agreements, and pricing details.

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 6 month in procurement or purchase, preferably in the furniture, interior, or sourcing industry.

Skills:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vendors and procurement cycles efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, or procurement software.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
