Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Daily Accounting
- Manage all accounting transactions including sales, purchases, journals, payments, and receipts using Tally ERP/Tally Prime
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping and financial records.

Inventory Reconciliation
- Reconcile physical stock with inventory records.
- Monitor stock accuracy to support operational efficiency

Statutory Compliance
- Handle GST filings, invoice preparation, and GST return submissions
- Manage TDS deductions, filings, and statutory compliance
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual compliance requirements for a Private Limited company

Accounts Receivable & Payable
- Manage vendor payments and customer collections.
- Ensure healthy cash flow through timely follow-ups.

Financial Reporting
- Prepare monthly MIS reports
- Perform bank reconciliations




- Generate Profit & Loss statements and financial summaries

Payroll Processing
- Manage employee payroll
- Handle PT, PF, ESIC, and other statutory deductions

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of accounting experience (preferably in apparel, garment manufacturing, or export)
- Solid proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Solid understanding of GST, TDS, ITR filing, and statutory compliance
- Inventory and stock reconciliation expertise
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Preferred Advantage
- Prior experience in working with D2C Brands

Must-Have

Tally proficiency + GSTR filing experience

Work Location: In person

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
