- Your impact
- We are seeking an enthusiastic and well-organized individual to join our Global BTS team. This role focuses on delivering Project Information Management Application services through our in-house tool Endeavour, supporting both internal and external customers on global and local projects. Endeavour provides a single point of access for project data, documents, drawings, data quality reports, CQV forms, and customized data handover datasets.
- Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering:



Document and manage functional requirements for Endeavour implementation on projects.- Data Analysis & Validation: Analyze raw data, identify attribute characteristics, and implement consistency checks aligned with project standards.
- Project Implementation: Configure import gateways, customize data quality reports, data handover reports, and CQV forms.
- Operational Support: Monitor daily processes, troubleshoot issues, manage user access, and ensure that Endeavour Projects run smoothly.
- Training & Communication: Conduct user training sessions, prepare presentations for project teams and clients.
- Testing & Upgrades: Perform UAT and admin testing during software, OS, and database upgrades. Lead the upgrade initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to standardization and enhancement of implementation techniques.
- Global Collaboration: Collaborate with BTS teammates, project teams, and IT teammates located in multiple time zones as required.- Here's what you'll need
