Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US clients
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers and account managers
- Handle high volume requirementsRequired Skills:
- Experience in US IT RecruitmentHands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing and job portals
- Excellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work in a rapid-paced environmentPreferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Experience with ATS tools Ceipal is a plus
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
