Open Positions:
Sr. Bench Sales Recruiter - 1 to 3 Years of Experience

Career Advisor - 6 Months to 5 Years of Experience
Sr. Bench Sales Recruiter - Key Responsibilities:
- Market IT consultants (OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, USC) to prime vendors and direct clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients.
- Negotiate rates and coordinate interviews and placements.
- Track consultant availability, submissions, and closures.
- Meet monthly placement and revenue targets.
Required Skills:
- Experience in US IT Bench Sales.
- Strong understanding of US visa types and staffing processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and vendor portals.
Career Advisor - Key Responsibilities:




- Counsel prospective students and professionals about training and career programs.
- Conduct follow-ups and convert inquiries into enrolments.
- Maintain lead data and update CRM systems.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales or counseling experience preferred.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
