We are seeking a dedicated and organized Training Coordinator to manage end-to-end operations of our Panchakarma training programs. This role will be responsible for scheduling sessions, coordinating with Ayurvedic trainers and therapists, handling participant communications, analyzing feedback, and generating reports for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Program Scheduling & Planning

Develop and manage detailed training schedules for Panchakarma courses and workshops. Coordinate training calendars in alignment with trainer availability and center operations. Ensure logístical readiness of training materials, venues, and equipment

.2. Trainer & Stakeholder Coordination

3. Participant Engagement

Communicate training schedules, guidelines, and updates to participants. Handle registrations, confirmations, attendance tracking, and certifications.



Serve as the primary point of contact for participant queries and feedback.

4. Feedback Collection & Analysis

Distribute and collect post-session and post-program feedback from participants and trainers. Analyze feedback to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with the training team to implement improvements based on feedback.

5. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain records of training sessions, attendance, and trainer performance. Prepare periodic reports on training effectiveness, participant satisfaction, and operational metrics. Ensure all documentation is up to date and audit-ready.

Pay: ₹17,610.60 - ₹35,021.20 per month
