Generate and verify pharmaceutical bills as per orders
- Handle sales and purchase billing using pharmacy billing software
- Hands on experience with pharma billing software
- Maintain accurate inventory records of medicines
- Ensure compliance with GST and applicable taxes
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly billing reports
- Address and resolve billing discrepancies and customer queries
- Ensure all billing documents and records are properly maintained for audits
- Collaborate with the pharmacy, warehouse, and accounting departments for seamless operations
- Update customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments
