We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Executive to join our finance team. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire process of collecting payments, managing invoices, and ensuring accurate financial records. Your goal is to maximize cash flow and maintain positive relationships with our clients through professional and timely communication.

Key Responsibilities
- Invoicing & Billing: Generate and dispatch accurate customer invoices promptly; verify billing details, including prices and credit terms.
- Payment Processing: Record and reconcile incoming payments (Checks, ACH, Wire, UPI) against open invoices in the accounting system.
- Reconciliation: Perform regular bank and customer account reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Reporting: Prepare monthly/quarterly reports on AR status, collection efficiency, and bad debt provisions.
- Customer Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for customer billing queries and resolve disputes professionally.
- Compliance:



Assist with internal and statutory audits by providing necessary documentation and ensuring adherence to Indian accounting standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com).
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar finance role.
- Technical Proficiency: Robust knowledge of Tally Prime, SAP, or Zoho Books and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Accuracy: High attention to detail with a focus on data integrity and error-free financial entry.
- Additional language skills of Hindi, Telugu, Kannada & other is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
