Area(s) of responsibility:
- Develop custom solutions in SAP CRM using ABAP:
- Enhance and support:
- CRM Web UI components
- BOL / GENIL components
- One Order Framework
- Create technical designs based on Functional Specifications
- Develop RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows)
- Perform unit testing and support SIT/UAT
- Debug and resolve production issues
- Support CRM middleware queues, BDOCs, and integration issues
- Work closely with Functional Consultants and Basis teams
- Follow coding standards and documentation best practices

Required Skills:
- Robust experience in ABAP for SAP CRM:
- CRM Web UI, BOL/GENIL, Enhancement Framework
- One Order framework and Middleware basics
- Integration knowledge (IDoc, RFC, BAPI, Web Services)
- Strong debugging and performance tuning skills
