Role Objective

We are looking for groomed and energetic Service Associates to join our front-of-house team. As a professional from a Hotel Management background, you will be expected to deliver high-standard "Guest-First" service, demonstrating deep knowledge of food, beverages, and table etiquette to enhance the dining experience at Junction 14.

Key Responsibilities
- Professional Service: Provide end-to-end table service, including greeting guests, taking orders using POS systems, and serving food and beverages according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Menu Expertise: Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and potential allergens to provide informed recommendations and upsell specials.
- Table Management: Ensure proper table settings, "mise-en-scène," and "mise-en-place" before and during service hours.




- Guest Interaction: Handle guest inquiries and requests with the professional poise expected in the hospitality industry.
- Coordination: Act as a seamless link between the kitchen and the dining area to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Hygiene & Safety: Adhere to strict food safety, sanitation, and personal grooming standards as per industry benchmarks.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Must hold a Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management.
- Skills: Strong understanding of F&B; service types (A la carte, Buffet, etc.) and basic wine/beverage knowledge.
- Communication: Fluent in English and [Local Language], with a polite and professional demeanor.
- Attitude: A team player with a "Can-do" attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting.
