As we expand our production capacities and market reach in Kolkata, we are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to drive our retail and wholesale distribution.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily market visits to retail shops, wholesale markets, and institutional buyers to generate sales for our phenyl and disinfectant products.
- Present, promote, and sell products to existing and prospective customers.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.




- Coordinate sales effort with team members and production management to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Keep management informed by submitting daily activity and results reports, such as daily call reports and weekly work plans.
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, and merchandising techniques.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in Field Sales. Prior experience in FMCG or household cleaning products is a strong advantage. Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to hustle are welcome to apply.
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Bachelor’s Degree.
- Skills: Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills in Bengali and Hindi.
- Mandatory: Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and own a two-wheeler for daily market visits. Must have a smartphone.
