Job Title: Optical Sales Representative

About the Role:
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and sales-driven Optical Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you are the face of our shop. You will assist patients in selecting stylish and functional eyewear, explain lens technologies, and ensure every customer leaves with a smile. If you have a passion for fashion, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to helping people see better, we want to meet you

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Consultation: Greet patients, listen to their needs, and provide expert guidance on frame selection, style, and fit.
- Product Expertise: Educate customers on lens types, coatings (anti-reflective, blue light, etc.), and contact lens options based on their prescription and lifestyle.
- Sales & Targets: Achieve daily and monthly sales goals for frames, lenses, and accessories.
- Administrative Duties: Process patient orders, handle billing and insurance verification, and maintain accurate customer records.
- Inventory Management: Assist in keeping the showroom floor organized,



clean, and well-stocked with the latest styles.
- Adjustments & Repairs: Perform basic frame adjustments and minor repairs to ensure patient comfort.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in optical sales or a high-end retail environment is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment while maintaining a qualified demeanor.
- Basic computer proficiency for order entry and scheduling.
- A strong sense of fashion and an eye for aesthetics when helping patients select frames.
