The Role

We are looking for an experienced Event Production Manager to own end-to-end production for our corporate events. This is a dual-track role: strategic office work based out of Chandigarh, and high-energy onsite execution across cities like Bangalore, Hyderabad, Delhi, Goa, and more.

This is not a 9-to-5 job. On event nights, you are the last one standing, working through the night with fabricators on the ground to make sure every detail is perfect when the client walks in.

What You Will Do

Production Planning and Procurement (Chandigarh Office)
- Own the full production planning cycle for each event, from brief to execution




- Source and negotiate with fabricators, vendors, and suppliers to secure the best B2B rates
- Build and manage procurement timelines, material trackers, and production budgets
- Liaise with hotels and venues to negotiate packages and lock in the best deals for corporate events
- Maintain and grow a strong vendor network across key cities

Onsite and Onground Execution (Pan-India Travel)
- Lead onsite production setup, including stage, lighting, fabrication, AV, and decor
- Work closely with fabrication teams through overnight setups without compromise on quality
- Be the production owner on the ground, solving problems before the client sees them
- Ensure all elements are installed, tested, and client-ready before handover

What We Are Looking For
- 3 to 4 years of hands-on event production management experience, corporate events preferred
