Responsibilities:
Role Summary:
- Lead and oversee execution of User Access Reviews (UAR) across multiple Business Units, ensuring strong governance, appropriate entitlement, and compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.- Drive stakeholder engagement and governance forums, providing insights through dashboards, risk indicators, and audit readiness metrics; proactively highlight risks and recommend mitigation strategies.-
- Manage end-to-end audit support, including planning, evidence review, issue resolution, and remediation tracking, ensuring timely closure and audit compliance.- Establish robust data validation and control frameworks, ensuring high standards of accuracy, documentation, and adherence to internal policies.-
- Lead process deep dives and transformation initiatives to identify control gaps, streamline workflows, and implement preventive and detective controls.- Oversee system data flows and root cause analysis,



providing strategic insights and clear communication to stakeholders and leadership teams.- Resolve complex operational challenges, coordinating with cross-functional teams and driving sustainable solutions.- Project management for high-impact deliverables, ensuring prioritization, resource mapping, and on-time execution across projects and BAU activities.- Build team capability by mentoring and guiding team members, driving performance, and ensuring adherence to SOPs and quality standards.- Interpret and enforce regulatory and internal guidelines, ensuring continuous compliance with evolving standards and fostering a strong control setting.

Expected to work in night shift 6.30pm to 3.30am

Qualifications:
Graduate/Post Graduate bachelor’s degree BCA, MCA, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or equivalent relevant experience.

8-10 years of experience

Additional Information:
Must have knowledge of tools Dodeca, Altrics, SQL knowledge
