THE ROLE

We are looking for a high-calibre, results-driven Branch Manager to lead and manage our Chhatarpur branch operations. This is a senior leadership role — you will be responsible for running a team of 20 staff, driving monthly revenue targets, maintaining operational excellence,



and upholding G2W's core values of transparency and client-first consulting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, manage, mentor, and motivate a team of 20 staff including Senior Consultants, Immigration Consultants, Telecallers, and Operations staff
- Set individual and team KPIs, conduct weekly performance reviews, and drive accountability across all functions
- Recruit, onboard, and train current team members as the branch scales
- Resolve team conflicts, performance issues, and escalations professionally and promptly
- Conduct daily morning huddles and weekly strategy meetings

Revenue & Business Development
- Own and deliver monthly branch revenue targets (₹25-40 lakh/month)
- Drive enrollment conversions across Europe Work Permits, Canada PR, and Australia Skilled
