Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct onboarding and product training sessions for current sales employees.
- Train the sales team on communication skills, objection handling, sales techniques, and closing strategies.
- Monitor sales calls and provide feedback for performance improvement.
- Develop training materials, SOPs, and sales scripts.
- Identify skill gaps and create improvement plans for the team.
- Conduct regular refresher training sessions.
- Track training effectiveness and prepare performance reports.
- Coordinate with managers to improve team productivity and sales targets.
- Maintain training records and ensure process compliance.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role.




- Strong knowledge of sales processes and customer handling.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to motivate and mentor teams.
- Good understanding of CRM tools and sales reporting.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, or clinic industry will be an advantage.
- Ability to handle large teams and conduct group training.
- Confident personality with strong interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
