We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive with fluent English to support our exhibition and conference business. The role involves making outbound calls to potential clients, and delegates to promote events, and explaining about event and inviting them to event.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential visitors, and delegates
- Promote upcoming exhibitions, conferences, and event offerings
- Maintain and update customer databases regularly
- Provide accurate information about event details.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets Handle basic customer queries professionally
