Job Summary
1.To be able to manage 120 cover Lounge restaurant with Bar knowledge. should have knowledge in costing and controlling It. Should be presentable with fair knowledge in Customer interaction and Asian type of food, liquor and beverage.
Responsibilities and Duties
1. Manage 120 cover restaurant as per the company SOP's
2. Staffs recruitment and training
3. Coordinate with kitchen and service
4. Providing 'WOW' experience to the guests
5 Internal marketing and sales targets
