Could you be the full time Train Functional Design Expert in India we’re looking for?

Your future role

You'll play a key role in driving operational performance and engineering excellence, ensuring the delivery of innovative and sustainable solutions in the rail industry. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Train Electrical Engineers, Train Architects, RAMS, suppliers, and validation teams), lead design verification processes, and oversee critical safety aspects of projects, among other responsibilities.

You’ll specifically take care of deploying central improvement programs, such as ALM4A and APSYS,



while fostering cross-functional collaboration and strengthening engineering practices, but also lead technical decisions and standardization efforts across DFQ cycles.

We’ll look to you for:
- Leading IM30 missions to enhance TC Métier processes and operational performance.
- Driving the implementation of central improvement programs and methodologies, including ALM4A and APSYS.
- Supervising design verification and technical decisions across all DFQ cycles.
- Providing leadership in SIL2 projects, including certification activities and safety audits.
- Fostering cross-functional collaboration between Train Control, Validation, and other teams to ensure seamless project execution.
