Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the creative/design team on day-to-day activities
- Assign tasks, review outputs, and ensure timely project delivery
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital and offline creatives
- Coordinate with marketing and content teams for campaign requirements
- Oversee creative concepts, visual direction, and design quality
- Manage multiple projects and prioritize workloads effectively
- Ensure smooth workflow and collaboration within the creative team
- Guide and mentor junior designers and creative resources
- Monitor creative trends and improve overall design standards

Key Requirements:




- 4-6 years of experience in graphic design or creative team management
- Proven experience in handling and leading a team of designers
- Robust understanding of branding, visual communication, and design principles
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools
- Good project management and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines effectively
- Strong communication and leadership abilities

Preferred:
- Experience in handling digital marketing creatives and branding campaigns
- Experience in agriculture, real estate, farmland, or lifestyle brands
- Understanding of social media and performance marketing creative requirements
