Designation: Business Development Manager (BDM) - Cyber Security

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Cyber Security solutions and services.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, references, and market research.
- Build tailored cybersecurity solutions for enterprise and SMB customers.
- Engage with C-level executives and decision-makers to understand business challenges and security requirements.
- Present and promote cybersecurity offerings aligned with client business goals.
- Drive end-to-end sales activities including lead generation, presentations, negotiations, and closures.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Support customers in digital transformation initiatives through secure infrastructure planning.
- Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and regular updates in CRM.
- Coordinate with technical and pre-sales teams for solution demonstrations and proposal submissions.




- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.

- 1-3 years of experience in Cyber Security sales, IT sales, or solution selling.
- Understanding of cybersecurity solutions such as endpoint security, network security, cloud security, VAPT, SOC, SIEM, etc.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Solid interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, result-driven, and capable of working independently.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
