1. Machine Operation
- Operate the needle punching machine as per production plan.
- Set machine parameters (speed, stroke, depth, feed rate) as per material and specification.
- Start, stop, and monitor machine during operation.
- Ensure smooth feeding of fiber/web into the machine.

2. Production Responsibilities
- Achieve daily production targets as assigned.
- Maintain consistent product quality and thickness.
- Minimize wastage and optimize material usage.
- Ensure proper layering and web formation before needle punching.

3. Quality Control
- Check finished fabric for defects (uneven thickness, holes, damage).
- Monitor GSM, density, and bonding quality.
- Report any quality issues immediately to supervisor/quality team.
- Maintain records of production and quality checks.

4. Machine Maintenance
- Perform basic machine cleaning and lubrication.
- Inspect needles, boards, and other parts regularly.
- Replace broken or worn-out needles as required.
- Report major breakdowns to maintenance team.

5. Safety Responsibilities




- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Handle needles and moving parts carefully to avoid injury.
- Ensure machine guards and safety devices are properly used.
- Maintain clean and secure working area.

6. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain production logs and machine records.
- Record downtime, breakdowns, and maintenance activities.
- Report production status and issues to supervisor.

7. Coordination
- Coordinate with feeding, carding, and finishing departments.
- Work with maintenance team for machine efficiency.
- Support supervisors in achieving production goals.

8. Housekeeping (5S)
- Keep machine and surrounding area clean and organized.
- Follow 5S practices for workplace efficiency.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
