Key Responsibilities:
- Lead overall technology strategy and engineering design operations
- Oversee integrated design services including ideation, parametric analysis, simulation, and validation
- Drive innovation in product development, manufacturing, plant engineering, and infrastructure solutions
- Manage cross-functional teams across mechanical, mechatronics, automation, and intelligent systems
- Build and mentor high-performing technical teams
- Evaluate and implement advanced engineering design tools and technologies
- Collaborate with clients, strategic partners, and technical institutions
- Support business expansion through technical leadership and market positioning
- Ensure optimized solutions with reduced cost, time, and effort
- Represent the organization in technical forums, industry events, and business discussions
Required Skills:
- Solid background in Engineering Design and Product Development
- Expertise in Mechatronics, Automation, Mechanical Systems, and Smart Technologies
- Experience in CAD/CAE/Simulation tools and integrated engineering platforms
- Strategic planning and leadership skills
- Strong client management and stakeholder engagement ability
- Innovation mindset with problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and people management skills
Eligibility:
- BE / B.Tech in Mechatronics Engineering
- Additional higher qualifications preferred
- 15-20 years of relevant experience in engineering design leadership roles
