Job Description - Home Care Nursing Supervisor

The Home Care Nursing Supervisor is responsible for supervising and guiding the home care nursing team to ensure high-quality patient care and professional service standards. The role includes monitoring nurses’ performance, providing clinical support, correcting mistakes when required, and ensuring proper patient care protocols are followed.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide home care nurses during duty.
- Monitor patient care quality and nursing performance.
- Identify and correct clinical or service-related mistakes immediately.
- Visit patients’ homes regularly to assess staff performance and patient satisfaction.
- Support nurses in handling difficult clinical situations.
- Ensure proper documentation, medication administration, and infection control practices.
- Coordinate with doctors, operations team, and patient family members when required.




- Conduct staff training and provide continuous guidance for service improvement.
- Ensure discipline, punctuality, grooming, and professional behavior of nursing staff.
- Report issues, escalations, and patient feedback to management.

Requirements:
- B.Sc Nursing / GNM Nursing qualification.
- Minimum experience in hospital or home healthcare field preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to handle emergency situations and staff management.
- Willingness to travel for home visits and patient assessments.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
