Key Responsibilities:
As an Invigilator, your main duties will include:
- Preparing and arranging the examination hall as per official guidelines
- Distributing and collecting question papers and other exam materials
- Maintaining discipline and a quiet environment throughout the exam
- Handling and reporting any irregularities or incidents immediately
- Maintaining accurate attendance records and managing seating arrangements
- Coordinating with examination authorities for smooth exam operations
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Graduation in any discipline
- Basic reading, writing, and numerical skills
- Minimum age of 21 years
- Good communication and observation skills
- Ability to remain alert and professional during examination hours
- Prior invigilation or supervisory experience will be an added advantage
