Overview

Key Responsibilities:1. Graphic Designing & Creative Content
- Design creative social media posts, banners, brochures, presentations, and marketing materials
- Create visually appealing graphics aligned with company branding and campaign goals
- Develop creative concepts and layouts for digital campaigns and promotions
- Edit images, graphics, and visual assets for multiple platforms




- Coordinate with internal teams to understand creative requirements and deliver designs within timelines

2. Reel Creation & Video Editing
- Create and edit reels and short-form videos for social media platforms
- Add basic transitions, captions, music, and effects to enhance engagement
- Stay updated with current social media trends and content ideas

3. Social Media Handling
- Manage and maintain company social media accounts across various platforms
- Schedule and publish posts regularly as per the content calendar
- Write basic captions, hashtags, and content descriptions for posts and reels
- Monitor engagement and coordinate with the team for campaigns
- Track social media performance and prepare basic monthly reports and insights

4. Branding & Marketing Support
- Support marketing campaigns with creative assets and promotional materials
- Assist in creating content for company events, employee engagement activiti
